Pasta Making & Cello Date Night

Join this hands-on, interactive, and fun cooking class with Chef/Cellist Jeremy, ALMA resident! Learn to make your own fresh pasta from scratch and a sauce using simple pantry ingredients. After the class, enjoy a special live cello performance 🎻 from your chef! Bring your favorite beverage of choice 🍷and a friend or loved one.

What to expect

👥 In this class you'll work together with a small group of students in a fun, hands-on environment led by your professional chef instructor.

🍳 No equipment needed, we provide everything you need!

⏱️ Class and cello performance is 90 minutes.

🍽️ Enjoy a full plate of your homemade pasta with a delicous sauce made by Chef Jeremy.

🍷 BYOB (bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage of choice to enjoy with your meal!)

ENCORE Cooking Class recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please let your chef know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate.
