Meet Chef Jeremy
Jeremy is a chef and musician passionate about education and the arts. His family owned a popular Italian restaurant in the 1970's and 1980's in Las Vegas, NV called PJ Russo's, beginning his culinary journey. After finishing music school to become a professional cellist, Jeremy set out to combine his passions for cooking and music, founding ENCORE Events, a private dining and live music service.
Jeremy strongly believes that anyone is capable of creating delicious food and is passionate about teaching others. YouCANCook Online Cooking Classes was created in 2023 with the mission to empower and educate others and equip them with the skills necessary to create great dishes from their own kitchen.
